Happy Tuesday everyone! Another week, another post on MotorCityBlonde and I couldn’t be more excited to say thank you for all of the views and feedback! I’m writing this from my new Poly & Bark Louis Ghost chairs that finally came in, and I’m so obsessed that there will be an extra post about them Friday -so stay tuned.
April showers bring May flowers!! Fittingly its been pouring down rain for the past three days! Luckily, I’m the girl who throws on a pair of Hunter Rain boots and splashes in every puddle I can. I’m not sure whats more exciting, the rain or the beautiful flowers that are about to sprout. I can’t imagine anything in this world more genuine and refreshing than seeing tulips growing around my childhood home. The gardening gene is definitely in my blood (or maybe I’m too obsessed with Audrey Hepburn) so I can’t wait to own a home where I can build an enormous garden. April also means Easter is coming so we put together a cute Easter look that can be worn to church or your in-laws house.
Lately this form-fitting dress has been a favorite in my closet which can be worn out, casually, or dressed up for a nice dinner. With it being so interchangeable, I’m definitely taking this dress on vacation to New Orleans in late Summer. Since the weather has been colder and rainy, I paired it with a light tan duster. This jacket is light for changing Spring weather and also isn’t bulky like a normal trench jacket. I absolutely adore dainty accessories right now, like a small Tiffany & Co. diamond necklace and of course Alex & Ani bracelets. This look would also look great with a chunky necklace for a night out. These heels are Nine West and are totally affordable!
I hope this helps inspire an Easter outfit, which will be here in the blink of an eye! Go check out windsorestore or use the widget at the bottom to find a great outfit.
P.S. Detroit is the New Black is my new favorite shooting location. Those windows!!!
